We'll be discussing our upcoming anthology and releasing the theme!
You'll also have a chance to say hi to everyone and tell us what you've been reading and writing over the past few months. *Social distancing is strongly encouraged to keep everyone safe.
Due to the outdoor location please come prepared:
- camp chair
- water bottle
- sunscreen
- bug spray
- facemask
*Please note that if you are unable to attend, we will keep the chapter blog and Facebook page up to date with all of the chapter and anthology information.
August 3, 2020 Meeting Highlights:
- The 2020 Anthology theme is Ink in the Wild. Refer to the post about the anthology for more information. Multiple entries will be allowed within reason.
- Our next meeting will be held September 14, 2020. Location is planned for John Adams Park again, weather pending.
- We will be offering a digital workshop on our new blog https://brighamcity-writers.blogspot.com/ We will cover topics like finding ideas, flash fiction and short stories, nonfiction, polite and helpful critique methods, and working with an editor.
- Quills conference is online this weekend. Go to the website to register and for more information.
- Get excited for a workshop series to get ready for submission.
